OUCH! Kane Brown Injured After Falling Off Stage In Tennessee

  • Kane Brown got hurt Saturday night after falling off the stage and into the front area of the pit on his Blessed and Free Tour.
  • The incident happened in Memphis, TN at FedEx Forum. Brown entered the stage suspended from above and moments later, after greeting fans on the left side of the arena, he appeared to twist his ankle as he walked down the stage.
  • Ironically he was singing “Lose It,” when he then fell off the stage, into the arms of a security guard.
  • In videos posted to TikTok, you can see the moment Brown twists his ankle and ultimately loses his balance. In the moments after the incident, an announcer reportedly told fans there were technical difficulties and the stage went dark.
  • Kane powered through a few more songs despite the pain. He later took a seat for an acoustic set to perform several stripped-down versions of his songs.
  • Clearly, in serious pain, Brown was brought to tears while performing “Worship You.” The audience showed their overwhelming support, cheering him on as he tried to get through it.
  • Fans praised Brown online for continuing the show and trying to give them the best concert possible. After the show, Brown shared a video of his injury, joking, “Memphis it looks normal it’s fine.”
