Lawyers report that more and more couples are signing relationship contracts detailing how often they will have sex. These "lifestyle clauses" are utilized by married and unmarried couples and can include how often the couple is intimate, how they spend their leisure time, and how cheating is defined.

• Make sure you extra clothes in your carry-on bag in case your luggage gets lost.
   
• Eat where the locals go – otherwise, you’re wasting your money.
   
• Assign a spot in your bag for each of your items so you’re less likely to leave things behind in the hotel.
   
• Bring comfortable shoes. They’ll come in handy no matter how much you’d rather wear your heels.

New research clenching your fist might help you form memories and recall them later. To find this, researchers from Montclair State University had four groups of people who were all asked to memorize a list of 72 words and then later recall it. People in one group clenched their right fist for about 90-seconds before memorizing the list, and then did the same while they remembered the words. The second group clenched their left hand before memorizing and recalling, and the other two groups clenched one hand before memorizing and then the opposite hand prior to collecting. A control group did not clench their fists at all. The group that clenched their right first when memorizing the list and their left when recollecting did the best. Researcher Ruth Propper says of the results, "The findings suggest that some simply body movements-- by temporarily changing the way the brain functions-- can improve memory." (Fox News)

MANY U.S. WOMEN OWN 20 PAIR OF SHOES OR MORE!

The stereotype that women love shoe shopping might actually be true. A new survey from Racked.com finds that 35-percent of American women own more than 20-pairs of shoes, and 26-percent admit that Ugg boots are among those pairs. By contrast, the survey found that just four-percent of women said they own a pair of red-soled Christian Louboutins. The survey covered nearly seven-thousand women across the country in honor of Shoe Week. Fourteen-percent of participants said they own over 50-pairs of shoes, while 46-percent said they own fewer than 20-pairs of shoes. (Daily Mail)
