Well, so far, so good. KAT 103 listeners are in the lead! After the first "Kat/Brew" sponsored race, my pick beat Ethan's pick. Check back for standings soon! Thanks to everyone who came out to Eagle! There will be another opportunity to side with Ethan or myself this weekend!

Weather got us again for this weekend. However - everybody that has won tickets over the past couple weeks are ticket winners already. Sorry - the opening race of the season at Eagle Raceway was pushed back - again! However, if you won tickets to Saturday (May 3rd), we'll make it up to you! The task is before us BREW listeners!!! If you would like to join me in the bet against out sister station (KAT 103) then keep reading. Kat 103's morning show guy Craig Allen and I have decided to challenge each other to a SEASON LONG bet over who can pick better local racecar driver out at EAGLE RACEWAY. It shouldn't be that hard for me... since we rock listeners actually take the time to read and stuff... country listeners?... I think they might be spending their free time chasing dogs that ran away of fixing up Camero's... I'm not sure... Anyhow, listen all week to ETHAN AND MICHELLE for the details... weekday morning from 6a to 11am!!! Here is the skinny...

ETHAN AND CRAIG ARE GOING HEAD TO HEAD!
Ethan, from the Brew morning show, and Craig, from the Kat 103 morning show are going at it! And YOU are the winner! All season long (at least every night that Kat 103 and 96.1 The Brew are live at Eagle raceway) we will give you an opportunity to not only win tickets to the races, but take part in a season long challenge!
Here are the details:
YOU can win an AWESOME Grand Prize package by being the top points earner!
Each week that either the Brew or Kat 103 broadcast live from Eagle Raceway, Ethan and Craig will pick 1 driver each. You can allign yourself with the driver that you think will win (Ethan or Craig's). No driver's other than the ones chosen by Ethan or Craig will be eligible to earn points in this contest.
By attending a race that either 96.1 the Brew or Kat 103 is at, you can also earn points. (Find out below how to win tickets to each race!)
Here is the point system and more detailed rules...
5 points: for attending a Brew or Kat sponsored race. (To earn your credit, you MUST check in at either the Kat or Brew van with station personnel.)
10 points: for picking either Ethan's or Craig's driver IF that driver finishes ahead of the other. (Again, you must make your pick known!)
The WAGER: At the end of the season, Ethan and Craig are going to RACE EACH OTHER! You can wager as many of the points that you have accumulated in the season on the Radio guy you think will win! The person with the highest point total at the end (after the Craig & Ethan race) will win the GRAND PRIZE!
Also, you can win free tickets during this season! Remember, just by showing up and checking in, you earn points. So, why not WIN your way in! Email:
