I was born & raised in Kentucky... I graduated from Spalding University (Communications major, theatre minor-- now there's money well-spent!) I've been married to my darling Ron since November of 2004 and I collect pigs...seriously-- I have thousands! :-)

 

I'm very proud to be a 6-year breast cancer survivor, so needless to say breast cancer awareness is extremely important to Ron & me... including Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the American Cancer Society. And since we're animal geeks, we also love the Humane Society.

 

Favorite TV shows: The Office, House, Family Guy, The Big Bang Theory, Glee, Modern Family and anything involving the paranormal, like Ghost Adventures or Ghost Hunters!

 

What I love: (Besides Ron, obviously!) CHOCOLATE, animals, cupcakes, black & white movies, college basketball, travel.

 

Favorite travel spots: England, Germany, France, Ireland, Alaska, Colorado...anywhere there are mountains! (I may be the only woman on the planet that doesn't like the beach!)

 

Favorite food: Anything to do with a big ol' unhealthy Southern breakfast--biscuits, gravy, country ham, etc., German, Italian, Chinese. Did I mention CAKE?

 

Favorite Country Artists: George Strait, Eric Church, Alison Krauss, Keith Urban, Miranda Lambert, Reba, Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, Sugarland, Carrie Underwood, Lady Antebellum, Joey + Rory, Lee Ann Womack, Zac Brown Band. All-time favorites: Johnny Cash, Don Williams, Dolly Parton, Hank Williams, Patsy Cline, Ray Price, Willie Nelson, Statler Brothers, Barbara Mandrell, Vince Gill, Steve Wariner, Garth Brooks, Vern Gosdin.
